Session Policies

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We value both your time and the time of our elite coaching staff. If you need to cancel or reschedule a Private, Semi-Private, or Group session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled start time.

• Over 24 Hours’ Notice: You may reschedule your session directly through your Cal.com confirmation email, or cancel for a full refund.
• Under 24 Hours’ Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are strictly non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

2. Late Arrivals & No-Shows

If you are running late, your coach will wait on the court for up to 15 minutes. The session will still conclude at the original scheduled end time so the next client is not delayed. If you do not arrive within the first 15 minutes, it is considered a No-Show and you will be charged for the full session.

3. Group Bundles (5-Pack)

Our 5-Pack Group Bundles offer premium pricing for committed players. Please note the specific policies regarding these packages:

• Bundles are non-refundable once the first session of the package has been attended.
• If you need to cancel a single session within your bundle, the standard 24-hour notice rule applies to retain the session credit.
• All bundle sessions must be utilized within 6 months of the purchase date.

4. Refunds & Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed via Stripe at the time of booking. Approved refunds (for sessions cancelled with over 24 hours’ notice) are automatically routed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

5. Facility & Injury Exceptions

In the rare event that The Court Club must cancel a session due to facility closures or coach illness, you will be issued a full refund or a credit for a future session, whichever you prefer.
